Yes it is!

Is this place actually ever open? Everytime I go they’re closed even though they say they’re open online.

from Facebook:"BBHILL would like to announce that we are opening our second spot in less than two weeks! We have been working towards this opening for quite some time now. We plan to open Norte Azul Cantina in Stephentown ASAP, just waiting on the department of health's approval. We have decided to shut down our Friday and Saturday night dinners at Blueberry Hill Market Cafe for the winter months. This will allow us to focus on our busy breakfast and lunch service and our new restaurant Norte. We hope to revisit dinner at blueberry in the warmer months. We would like to thank all of our wonderful customers for supporting us over the last seven years. They do sell bread. I'm not sure about black bread though.
